Business Systems Analyst - NetSuite/Finance Role at Oura

We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst specializing in NetSuite/Finance to become a vital part of our dynamic Business Technology team. This position encompasses both technical and functional duties, necessitating a thorough understanding of accounting principles and their integration within the NetSuite environment. As a crucial partner to the finance team, you will devise solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite processes, customization, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist finance personnel in effectively utilizing the ERP system
  • Develop tailored reports and queries to meet the finance team's needs
  • Conduct basic configurations within the NetSuite ERP
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams to address business challenges
  • Oversee projects that involve finance and development resources
  • Enhance ERP workflows for the finance division
  • Streamline manual finance processes through automation

This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in specific time zones.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience with NetSuite
  • 2+ years of experience or education in accounting
  • Understanding of core accounting processes within the NetSuite ERP
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles and their application
  • Experience with NetSuite in multi-subsidiary settings
  • Strong communication and time management abilities

At Oura, we believe in equitable compensation based on market standards and individual qualifications. Salaries are determined by various factors, including skills, experience, and local market conditions. While most offers align with the provided salary ranges, final compensation will be based on relevant criteria.

  • Region 1: $115,000 - $128,000
  • Region 2: $109,000 - $122,000
  • Region 3: $103,000 - $115,000
