Compensation:
$60-$70/hr on Experis' W2
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Contract Duration: 3-6 months (potential for permanent placement if mutually beneficial) - all candidates must be eligible to work on Experis' W2 directly; third-party suppliers are not accepted for this role.
Role Overview:
The Lead Business Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing projects and the maintenance of HR and Finance Back Office Applications, which includes ongoing enhancements and daily L2/L3 support requests.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven IT Project experience managing initiatives from technical requirements analysis to the creation of functional specifications, user acceptance testing (UAT), and final delivery.
- Experience in project planning, outstanding stakeholder management, resource allocation, and management of L2/L3 support requests along with continuous improvement efforts.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O is essential.- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
