Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Supporter to join our team at Swift Transportation. As a Technical Supporter, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and/or help desk management system.
  • Act as liaison between customers and IT department, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Monitor system hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Track and update technical issues from start to resolution, maintaining accurate records and communicating outcomes with relevant business units.
  • Collaborate with IT team to refine and update technical and business skills through work assignments, training, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a technical support role preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide support to diverse user groups.
