E-commerce Governance Algorithm Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Governance Algorithm Technical Manager to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Governance and Experience team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing e-commerce governance algorithm pipelines using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in contents, creators, products, and sellers in global markets.
Responsibilities- Lead the team to design, build, and optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipelines using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in contents, creators, products, and sellers in global markets.
- Build, expand, and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch.
- Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 7+ years of working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in leading an engineering team.
- Experience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a plus.
