Role Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Solution Manager to enhance our Product team. This position will facilitate collaboration among Product, Account Management, and Cross-functional teams to ensure seamless e-commerce integrations for merchants and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with account management to onboard strategic merchants, working closely with product and operational stakeholders.
2. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding merchants through the discovery, design, and implementation phases of e-commerce system integration with TikTok.
3. Provide expert insights based on industry standards, integration methodologies, and in-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform and relevant systems like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, and Netsuite.
4. Align merchants, technology partners, and system integrators to ensure successful integrations, adhering to established standards and governance.
5. Work with clients and technical teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Collect insights and market feedback to inform product development and promote best practices for sustained success.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years in technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or similar roles in large enterprises.
2. Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Netsuite, or comparable OMS platforms; familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs is advantageous.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
4. Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and system architecture, with expertise in integration patterns and technology stacks.
5. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms and align business needs with technical solutions.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
