Role Overview:

  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Monitor field operations expenses
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules
  • Engage in coordination meetings
  • Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings
  • Facilitate effective communication between field personnel and office staff
  • Request and prepare Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
  • Interpret plans and specifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
Key Qualifications:
  • Preferred background in construction
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to learning new tools and systems
  • Positive and collaborative mindset
  • Experience with PlanGrid and Bluebeam is advantageous
