Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team at the Continental Automotive Group. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify all car deals and product sales
  • Manage and maintain the contracts-in-transit schedule daily
  • Organize and file unfunded deals
  • Follow up on any missing documents and work with the sales/finance team to obtain them
  • Receipt in funding for financed deals
  • Distribute miscellaneous deal documents to the correct accounting teams
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
