Job Title: Warranty Cancellation Clerk

The Continental Automotive Group is a dynamic and supportive work environment that values employee satisfaction and growth. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Cancellation Clerk.

Responsibilities:
  • Process all cancellations of extended warranty and insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected and processed for the cancellation process.
  • Post all general ledger entries accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile statements for all cancellations and maintain reconciled accounting schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering all customer, vendor, and lender inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage record keeping for all cancellations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
