Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation Range - $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)

Overview:

Lead and direct the maintenance team by establishing clear objectives and priorities.

Champion a maintenance and reliability strategy that emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance over reactive approaches.

Develop and track departmental KPIs and goals, ensuring efficient labor costs and managing other departmental expenditures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and enhance maintenance protocols for production lines, ensuring that production targets are consistently met and surpassed.

Oversee the upkeep of manufacturing assets and facilities, manage parts inventory, and handle purchase orders and invoice approvals.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for both direct and indirect team members.

Conduct regular performance reviews and engage in the professional growth of team members.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within maintenance operations, including floor support, scheduling, MRO planning, and leadership.

Demonstrate a proven history of safety enhancements through Behavioral Based Safety practices and risk assessments.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement methodologies.

Proficient in warehouse management systems, ERP/SAP, and MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with 6S methodology.

Strong communication skills are essential.

Willingness to work irregular hours as required by business demands.

Experience managing a team of over 100 employees.

Proficient in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Exceptional relationship management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements.

Results-driven with the ability to plan and meet production deadlines and objectives.

Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure.

Experience in inventory control management.

Prior experience with various CMMS programs.

Ability to manage weekly/monthly scheduling.
