Whittingham is a leading provider of supplemental benefits solutions, with over 65 years of experience serving clients across North America. We're expanding our team and seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales force.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities to provide them with valuable supplemental benefits. You will work closely with our public relations department, which has established connections with over 44,000 groups across North America, to help us deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with our public relations department to leverage their connections and expand our reach
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in sales software
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Accountability and coachability
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Pass a criminal background check
