Janitorial Services Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms
* Empty trash and recycling containers
* Restock supplies and materials
* Respond to requests from supervisors for immediate clean-up
* Report any broken or damaged equipment to supervisors within 24 hours
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in janitorial duties
* 1 year of experience in floor care
* Ability to read and write
* Ability to measure amounts and read directions
* Physical mobility in different settings and layouts
* Basic knowledge of maintenance and custodial work
* Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to obtain a Federal Security clearance
