Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Read and understand blueprints to plan and execute fabrication projects.
  • Material Sourcing: Source materials and supplies needed for projects.
  • Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut materials to specifications using manual and mechanical techniques.
  • Welding: Weld materials using various techniques, including TIG, MIG, ARC, and oxy-fuel welding.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets specifications and tolerances.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Welding certificate or experience from a technical school preferred.
