Construction/Restoration Front Desk Coordinator

Since 2007, All American Water Restoration, Inc. has provided expert water damage remediation and home remodeling services to our customers. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Scheduler in our Orlando, FL office.

- Answer phones, field questions, and transfer calls to the appropriate team members
- Enter new customers and jobs into the customer database
- Perform property searches
- Create new folders (vendor and client)
- Schedule all assessment appointments from incoming calls
- Follow up and confirm appointments for the following day
- Maintain team calendars for scheduling
- Scan and upload documents for files
- Assist with special requests
- Housekeeping of personal space
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Basic construction/restoration knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- High school diploma
- Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
