Your Impact

The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. This role will lead in the development of processes and procedures for the disbursement function of the organization, increasing accuracy and efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate financial records and control reports.
  • Assist in staff development and coaching for the Accounts Payable team in multiple locations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, working collaboratively with others to implement changes aligned with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
  • 5 years of Accounts Payable experience required; 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to meet critical business deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range:

$90,000 - $105,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
