- Evaluate market potential in the assigned region and contribute to the formulation of business strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer expenditures on parts and services related to the installed equipment base within the territory; document and relay this information to management.
- Provide timely and precise data to aid in the development of pricing strategies.
- Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation by delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor, and possessing current product knowledge.
- Curate and sustain a personal collection of technical sales resources, including equipment manuals, schematics, and product presentations.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the aggregate equipment sector or a related field is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including occasional overnight trips to various locations.
- Strong leadership abilities and skills in relationship building.
- Proficient computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Capable of managing multiple sales opportunities effectively and accurately.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting and/or moving up to 75 pounds.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation Package:
