SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION: $32.00 per hour, dependent on experience

This compensation range reflects what BAHAMA Consulting Corporation reasonably anticipates paying for this role.

POSITION SUMMARY: The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's email marketing initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing standards and best practices to elevate the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in marketing CRM and email platforms, and will lead discussions with vendors and internal teams regarding the selection and implementation of new tools and technologies as necessary. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Technology and the Director of Digital Engagement, this role will collaborate closely with the marketing team, vendor partners, and key stakeholders to address challenges and create value through both long-term strategies and immediate action plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for marketing CRM technologies, including marketing automation, database querying, and email design/platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing service line leaders to comprehend client business objectives, develop targeted lists using the CRM database, and employ marketing automation tools to execute direct mail and email campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee email marketing projects, directing strategy, prioritization, and tactical elements of both long-term and daily tasks.
  • Manage external vendor and marketing agency resources involved in the development and execution of CRM projects, including campaign marketing tactics and reporting.
  • Implement a standardized process for campaign development while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency across various channels.
  • Define targeted list segments to optimize email campaign outcomes, support testing objectives, and leverage opportunities for personalized messaging.
  • Contribute to and uphold customer segmentation strategies utilizing available CRM tools.
  • Maintain a clean and marketable email address list within the CRM database to improve deliverability.
  • Assist in the design and layout of emails using HTML editors and other email building interfaces.
  • Establish key performance indicators and implement comprehensive measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to assess the success of email marketing initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and training to staff on best practices for managing automated marketing campaigns.
  • Offer strategic oversight and support for digital marketing efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-7 years of experience with marketing CRM technologies and email platforms such as Salesforce Health and Marketing Clouds, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, or Mailchimp – Required
  • Proven experience utilizing Google Analytics data to formulate digital strategies – Required
  • Experience in interacting with and advising senior leadership – Required
  • Project management experience – Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Required
  • Master's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing – Preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of email and marketing cloud platforms – Preferred
  • Certifications in a CRM platform – Preferred
