Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop essential products for restaurant operations. Your role will be pivotal in identifying market opportunities, shaping sales strategies, and crafting go-to-market plans for new features. You will be tasked with creating launch strategies, product positioning, and messaging that unlock new sales avenues while enhancing value for our existing customers. This position offers a unique chance to work across the organization with a high level of ownership, accountability, and visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product teams to define and validate product-market fit, assess market size, and establish ideal customer profiles for launches and sales strategies.
  • Engage with Marketing and Sales teams to execute cross-functional campaigns aimed at achieving growth targets linked to product initiatives.
  • Oversee market and opportunity analysis, product positioning, and messaging to enhance customer acquisition and adoption.
  • Work alongside Brand & Content teams to create marketing materials that support product awareness and customer engagement.
  • Partner with data analytics teams to evaluate product usage and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement and rollout recommendations.
  • Stay informed on market and competitor trends to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships across the organization, driving collaborative projects.
  • Present strategies and outcomes of major initiatives to senior business partners.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management.
  • Experience in SMB marketing and the restaurant sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A blend of creative instincts and analytical skills is essential.
  • Proficient in data analysis to evaluate market opportunities and make pricing recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Skilled in multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of setting goals, measuring outcomes, and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to supporting small business growth.

Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this role starts at $165,000 to $190,000.
  • This salary range is one aspect of a competitive compensation package that includes a company stock plan.
  • Offers will reflect the candidate's location and experience.
