Position Overview

The Lead Operations Strategist plays a crucial role in facilitating the necessary support for client teams and colleagues to effectively report, monitor, and fulfill both internal and client commitments.

This position also involves conducting in-depth analyses that empower client teams to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate job identifiers and assign appropriate access within SAP systems.
  • Create comprehensive SAP and status reports.
  • Assist with ongoing RAFT maintenance tasks.
  • Consolidate and optimize repetitive tasks to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Continuously build expertise in all internal systems.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for client teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in advertising or marketing sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in internal systems and Business Intelligence Software, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard business hours, with a creative and quick-thinking approach.
  • Accountability with a solid understanding of business principles.
  • Willingness to travel for events as necessary.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
