About the Role: We are looking for a visionary leader to take charge of our Maintenance Operations. This role requires someone who can effectively delegate responsibilities to maintenance supervisors while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a diverse and respectful workplace culture.

- Assist Maintenance Supervisors in managing road calls and ensuring fleet readiness.
- Oversee departmental staff training and maintenance processes.
- Monitor asset management software for preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate vendor repair requirements and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Track repairs, warranty issues, and inventory levels.
- Generate productivity reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of management experience in a regulated rail transit environment.
- Proven track record in rail maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Frequent walking and standing required.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to fifty pounds.
