Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Entry-Level Management Associate is to work closely with senior managers to effectively implement sales initiatives, build relationships with customers, and participate in training new team members. You will achieve success by participating in ongoing training and developing strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed business objectives.
  • Effectively building and maintaining relationships with customers to qualify long-term customers and promote repeat business.
  • Utilizing generated leads to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals by qualifying customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive innovative and competitive solutions.

Your estimated salary will be around $60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
