Business Development Representative

We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at United Career Fairs. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for growing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow existing customer accounts through effective relationship-building and upselling/cross-selling
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Possess in-depth product knowledge
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Prospecting skills
- Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
