Business Development Lead

Limited Financial offers an exciting opportunity for B2B Territory Sales Professionals to join our team and accelerate their careers. As a senior sales director, you will have the chance to drive new business, develop sales agents into leaders, and implement our proven sales system in the field.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing sales strategies to drive new business and revenue growth
- Leading by example and training others to implement our sales system
- Mentoring and coaching sales agents to achieve their goals
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$125,000 in the first year, plus benefits such as monthly sales and management bonuses, industry-leading incentives, and a stock ownership plan. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage your own time. Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hiring is also required.
