The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Salary: $170,000 (OTE)

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the construction software sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful software implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast reports using CRM software.
