About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals and customer service targets while ensuring positive customer experiences that make Hertz #1 in car rental company experience. You will also grow sales using business-to-business sales tactics and uphold company standards by maintaining well-presented vehicles for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales achievement and margin goal support
  • Achieving individual sales goals and customer service goals
  • Growing sales utilizing business-to-business sales tactics
  • Maintaining company standards through clean and serviced facilities/vehicles
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required; Associates Degree preferred

Compensation Package

Hertz offers a competitive compensation package including an estimated hourly wage of $18.00/hour plus bonus structure. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discounts.
