Key Responsibilities:
Achieve the annual sales objectives by leading all sales initiatives and training programs with dealers, key channel partners, and various healthcare facilities. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Strategic Account Managers to develop and implement annual market development and dealer account strategies. Regularly assess and adjust plans to ensure effectiveness.
Conduct regular travel to engage with clients and represent the company at industry events. Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and effectively communicate with diverse customer demographics.
Essential Duties:
- Execute the territory sales strategy.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, crafting actionable plans and executing key tactics.
- Foster and maintain effective partnerships with channel partners.
- Conduct impactful conversations with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate outcomes that benefit both the company and its customers.
- Deliver presentations to large groups with confidence.
- Utilize technology to enhance operational efficiency, including tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce CRM, and Adobe.
- Provide feedback on products and market trends to internal teams.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, including technical documents and business correspondence. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for presenting information to diverse audiences.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily home-based, with travel required to customer locations. A valid driver's license is necessary.
Job Type:
Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
