We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at Electronic Merchant Systems in Cleveland, Ohio.

About the Role

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. You will be equipped with a full suite of solutions, including credit card processing, mobile payments, gift and loyalty programs, web design, ecommerce, point-of-sale systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide solutions to clients' needs and guide the sales process from start to finish
  • Represent EMS' brand and values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and ability to overcome objections and build trust
  • Ability to develop a plan and execute on a daily basis to build a pipeline of satisfied merchants
  • B2B sales experience with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for production and results
