City Payroll Coordinator

This role involves processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the Payroll Administrator and other teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities\- Payroll Processing\
- Review and process personnel action forms, time reports, and other payroll-related documents.\
- Manage payroll system updates, changes, and upgrades.
To excel in this position, you should have:
\- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\
- At least 4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a municipal or government setting.\
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $73,042.45 to $116,867.92 annually, based on qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy:

- Retirement plan with 8% employee contribution.
