Dedicated Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 5TH HEAD QUARTERS LLC in Weston, FL.
Salary: $20 per hour, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order reports, providing administrative support, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and performing various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update order reports (released, invoiced, and shipped orders)
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Perform all tasks well before the pay run to ensure staff members are compensated and notified on time
- Address queries about payroll-related issues
- Work to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency
- Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior experience in administrative positions
- Experience with Excel and great computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Payroll or HR experience highly preferable
