Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Assistant to join our team at 5TH HEAD QUARTER LLC. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $20/hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating order reports, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations. You will also handle phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.

The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with prior experience in payroll, administrative, or HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating order reports
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors
  • Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
  • Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
  • Prior experience in payroll, administrative, or HR
  • Experience with Excel and great computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
