The Role

As a Lead Engineer for Customer Identity Management Solutions, you will be at the forefront of implementing advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. Your work will focus on creating secure and innovative authentication and authorization processes across our platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including Information Protection and Risk Management, to enhance our customer experience and security measures.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot new software solutions and enhancements.
  • Create APIs and orchestrate customer journeys for seamless login experiences.
  • Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business landscape to develop integrated solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide technical guidance to address business challenges.
  • Manage production deployments, ensuring adherence to IT Service Management processes.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to assess and implement new features, addressing any product issues promptly.
  • Engage with Security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Continuously enhance your skills to remain a leader in the field.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience, particularly in customer IAM.
  • Proficiency with IAM orchestration tools and B2C systems.
  • Experience with complex system integrations and high availability solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Go, Python, C++, or C#.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate between strategic planning and technical execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and integration with related services.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms and modern protocols.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and mobile application development.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
