As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our various programs, focusing on Systems Integration and Project Engineering.


Key Responsibilities:


In this position, you will:

  • Facilitate a structured approach to managing action items and tracking Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders.
  • Collaborate with teams to create Level 3 schedules using MS Project, while assessing and managing critical paths for projects.
  • Establish and oversee a risk and opportunity management framework for designated projects.
  • Support project management activities, including coordination of certification testing for components and subsystems.
  • Lead technical investigations into Root Cause and Corrective Actions.
  • Contribute to reliability enhancement and margin improvement initiatives across the value stream.
  • Monitor and report on program budgets and resource allocations as necessary.
  • Prepare and engage in meetings at various levels, delivering reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Implement Standard Work practices within the company’s management system across specific projects.
  • Assist in strategies for repair and life extension of critical components.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Eligibility as a U.S. Person or the ability to obtain necessary export authorizations.
