Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Ohm Systems' interests in the packaging sector, focusing on establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships.
- Oversee a sales territory by driving profitable sales through consistent in-person engagements with both potential and existing clients.
- Assess customer packaging requirements and provide tailored recommendations that align with strategic directives.
- Formulate and execute Key Account Strategies to enhance business with priority accounts.
- Make informed decisions by leveraging knowledge of business principles and industry standards.
- Identify and deliver value propositions for clients through a comprehensive understanding of Ohm Systems' capabilities.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation.
- Engage in regular travel to various client locations and events, dedicating a significant portion of time to in-person interactions.
- May take on leadership responsibilities within account teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the agricultural sector.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.
- A strong results-oriented mindset and technical acumen.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges.
