Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Ohm Systems' interests in the packaging sector, focusing on establishing and nurturing robust customer relationships.
  • Oversee a sales territory by driving profitable sales through consistent in-person engagements with both potential and existing clients.
  • Assess customer packaging requirements and provide tailored recommendations that align with strategic directives.
  • Formulate and execute Key Account Strategies to enhance business with priority accounts.
  • Make informed decisions by leveraging knowledge of business principles and industry standards.
  • Identify and deliver value propositions for clients through a comprehensive understanding of Ohm Systems' capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Engage in regular travel to various client locations and events, dedicating a significant portion of time to in-person interactions.
  • May take on leadership responsibilities within account teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the agricultural sector.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.
