Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively represent Purple Fly Solutions' North American Container division within the packaging sector.
  • Manage a designated sales territory, fostering strong relationships with customers.

  • Assess customer packaging requirements and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs while adhering to company directives.
  • Drive business growth with key strategic accounts by developing and executing comprehensive Key Account Plans.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making through a solid understanding of business principles and industry practices.
  • Identify and implement value propositions for priority customers by leveraging corporate capabilities and resources.
  • Continuously analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites and events, dedicating over 50% of time to travel.
  • May serve as the lead for account teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in agricultural sales within the Yuma market and surrounding areas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the corrugated box industry is a plus.
Candidate Profile:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on mid-senior level roles.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Frequent travel is expected.
  • Ideal candidates will have direct sales experience in the corrugated box sector, particularly with agricultural commercial growers.
  • Preference for candidates familiar with the Yuma, AZ territory.
