Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including in-person and virtual meetings, and ensure follow-up calls and letters are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities, including candidate data and hiring statistics.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure our organization remains competitive in the job market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and federal employment laws is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
