Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including sending candidate paperwork, client contracts, and executing job orders.
  • Executive Support: Assist our Managing Partner/President and local field leadership with travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing reports, and letter composition.
  • Contract Review: Review client and Vaco contracts, working with our legal team as needed.
  • Consultant Support: Provide support to our consultants and producers regarding payroll, expenses, and benefits questions and/or training, as well as approving requests as necessary.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for weekly invoicing to clients, including monitoring aging reports and past due accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years' experience in a recruiting industry or similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment

Vaco offers a hybrid work environment with less than 5% travel required.
