Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our products as a solution.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
