Position Title: Benefits Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and detail-oriented Benefits Systems Analyst to contribute to our organization. The primary focus of this role is to manage the configuration, testing, and oversight of Oracle HCM systems related to employee benefits. This position plays a crucial role in the management of HCM Data Loader (HDL) for benefit files, ensuring seamless interactions with benefit vendors, conducting audits, and addressing any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management:
    • Oversee and maintain configurations within the benefits module, including data entry processes and formulas.
    • Identify and resolve technical challenges associated with benefits module interface files and data integrity.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues to clarify process requirements for payroll, billing, and enrollment activities.
    • Create documentation for benefit staff and develop guides for employees and managers.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze reports related to benefits to support informed decision-making.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established standards.
    • Manage HDL loads that support Benefits and Compensation initiatives.
    • Configure rate tables and manage Open Enrollment settings for all applicable plans.
  • Leadership and Support:
    • Lead efforts to meet reporting requirements for audits.
    • Supervise system modifications for benefit-related reports and configurations, including testing and review processes.
    • Act as a resource for managers and employees throughout the organization.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits, focusing on HR Benefit systems.
    • Familiarity with Oracle HCM is advantageous.
    • Comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems setup and reporting is essential.
    • Experience with HRIS system implementation is preferred.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical capabilities.
