About the Role: As a Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- At least 12 years of sales experience, including 4 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of sales analytics and metrics
- Experience with CRM software
