Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator role at HR NOLA is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless client interactions. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing our CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams to drive business success.

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and providing accurate information to facilitate smooth interactions. You will also engage clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.

We are seeking an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can interact professionally with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities will enable you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, while your problem-solving skills will help you provide effective solutions to complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.
  2. Actively engage clients to address their questions and concerns, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
  3. Handle client outreach with a focus on delivering accurate information and setting clear expectations to facilitate smooth interactions.
  4. Maintain and update the company's databases to identify, qualify, and prioritize leads.
  5. Initiate contact with potential clients, including cold leads, to explore new business opportunities by leveraging strategic communication skills and building a pipeline of prospective clients.
  6. Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and effective nurturing through the sales pipeline.
  7. Support the marketing team with onsite content creation, including capturing Reels, photos, and conducting video interviews.
  8. Coordinate and manage follow-up meetings and communications to ensure timely and effective client management.
  9. Assist the VP of Business Development with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and CRM management.
  10. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, promoting our services and fostering positive relationships.
  11. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with deadlines.
  12. Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and offer solutions to maintain project timelines.
  13. Provide the sales team with accurate timeline information to support the creation of client proposals and presentations.
  14. Organize regular check-ins with internal and external stakeholders to maintain open communication and transparency.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
