Job OverviewPlutus Health Company, a leading provider of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, is seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and creative writing, with a proven track record of crafting compelling content for ad campaigns and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various marketing materials, including ad campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media posts that drive engagement and increase followers.
  • Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to our website and social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies and ensure relevance.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all platforms and materials.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative writing for ad campaigns and social media.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Indepth understanding of B2B marketing principles, including audience segmentation, buyer personas, and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for B2B marketing.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
