Marketing Creator Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking a talented Marketing Creator to join our team. As a Marketing Creator, you will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and video.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to promote our brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
