Position Summary

We are seeking an Operations Administrative Specialist IV to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison for Operations management, providing guidance on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems to support office operations.
  • Update and manage records within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  • Draft and generate correspondence, including sensitive communications for management review.
  • Oversee complex scheduling and calendar management, prioritizing appointments as necessary.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including Design Reviews and Safety Notes.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship.
  • Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in keyboarding, editing, and proofreading.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in a multitasking environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database and scheduling software.

Security Clearance Requirements
