Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with clients and prospects. You will leverage our unique asset offerings, including mobile, transit, digital, billboards, and specialty media, to drive new business and revenue growth. Specifically, you will focus on our transit space and drive new business to our transit inventory throughout Los Angeles.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads, with a focus on our transit inventory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal creative departments and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with Charting, Creative, Operations, and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to billing and accounts.
  • Maintain consistent use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain selling skills through regular training and professional development.
Your Experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong experience managing customer relationships.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Compensation

The draw range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 per year, with eligibility for commission. Compensation is determined during our interview process, assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks.
