Customer Service Representative

At Moderno, our customers and team members are our highest priority. As we grow, we seek dedicated individuals who can contribute to our unique workplace environment. We are currently looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to the office.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure customers are informed of project timelines.
  • Ensure all team members are clear on daily assignments.
  • Keep operational systems updated for effective reporting.
  • Organize and coordinate office activities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail within a customer service role.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently and work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Understanding the significance of service to both internal and external clients.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a bi-weekly salary, working 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $14-16 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, and dental coverage, along with vacation and sick pay, and paid company holidays.
