About the Role:
We are looking for a professional who can represent our company well and provide excellent support to our clients. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Provide administrative support to clients and internal teams
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone and email
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work 30 hours a week, with the possibility of reducing to 20 hours in the future
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm
- Adobe experience required
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
