Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and systems management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system.
  • Install, monitor, and repair network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Repair computer hardware, troubleshoot network and desktop connectivity issues, and administer user accounts.
  • Configure access to LAN and WAN resources, install and maintain software on user desktops, and collaborate with team members on IT projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures, document IT processes, and develop expertise in our ERP system.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with desktop operating systems and common business applications.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, ability to install and configure printers, and experience working with a ticketing system.
  • Ability to make informed escalation decisions, work collaboratively in a team environment, and lift up to 30 lbs.
