Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide responsive, timely, and high-quality support to retail store owners, boutiques, and corporate employees regarding their technical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and collaboration tools
  • Research, resolve, and respond to complex questions and issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of updated supported platforms and releases
  • Attend training sessions and assist in training workshops
  • Utilize ITSM ticketing systems to classify, prioritize, and enter details of each interaction
  • Participate in team projects to enhance the quality or efficiency of Service Desk service

Requirements

  • 24-year technical degree or equivalent experience in related industry
  • Proven expertise with positive customer service skills and communication skills
  • Experience with ACD systems and ITSM / Ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated support of enterprise environments, including hands-on and/or remote Break / Fix support of desktop and laptop computing equipment and peripherals
