Senior Trust Relationship Manager - Ultra High Net Worth Clients
Our Strategic Alliance represents a collaborative effort between two esteemed financial organizations.

This partnership enables clients to benefit from CFA Institute's expert trust management services, alongside the guidance of their Financial Advisor, all delivered through a tailored, service-oriented approach.

The Senior Trust Relationship Manager within our Advisor Solutions team is tasked with managing relationships for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients by providing insights into specific trust agreements, overseeing comprehensive estate planning, and collaborating closely with our Financial Advisor partners.

This role's active participation in business development is anticipated to play a crucial role in achieving the annual net new business objectives for the division.

Position Responsibilities:


Oversees Ultra High Net Worth client relationships in alignment with governing documents, applicable regulations, and the specific needs of the principals, income beneficiaries, and remaindermen.

Analyzes and interprets documents for guidance; assesses accounts for accuracy and completeness, monitors account transactions, and addresses incoming correspondence and client requests to ensure compliance with governing documents, regulations, and internal policies.

Collaborates with the Regional Manager to devise solutions for issues raised by principals, income beneficiaries, and remaindermen, such as requests for special distributions, fee disputes, or other concerns.

Manages the initiation and closure of accounts, ensuring the collection of necessary and legally mandated documentation, the thorough transfer of assets, accurate cost basis reporting, and proper classification of cash as income or principal, while overseeing tax reporting activities in coordination with external CPAs and advisors.

Provides holistic wealth planning guidance to clients. May engage in initiatives that impact the broader business and enhance service delivery efficiency.
Maintains direct communication with Financial Advisor partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on account activities and responding promptly to inquiries.
Collaborates with Fiduciary Strategists to generate new business through partnerships. Cultivates referrals through established networks.
