Sales Activation Supervisor - Remote

As a Sales Activation Supervisor, you will oversee Market Activation Managers (MAMs) who will work closely with a dedicated Sales Manager. MAMs will be employed by JBC Style but will represent Drinksupercoffee. They will primarily engage in fieldwork from midweek to the weekend, adapting their schedules as necessary. MAMs will conduct store visits to meet Sales, Merchandising, and Activation objectives, ensuring robust support for our Retail and Distributor partners. Effective communication with Sales and Trade Development Managers is essential to stay aligned with company updates and targets. MAMs will also play a crucial role in managing the Positive Energy Project (PEP) Squad program within their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain consistent communication with the Sales Manager and Trade Development Team.
- Conduct a minimum of 25 store visits weekly, reporting on:
- Sales of 300 cases per week (qualifying for incentives)
- 3-5 new displays, placements, or accounts opened weekly
- Organize 2-4 retail events weekly.
- Manage the Activation Calendar for your territory, which includes:
- Monthly events
- Retail Activations
- Educational Events with promotional offers
- Customer Appreciation initiatives
- Sampling Programs
- Community Engagement Events
- Oversee the PEP Squad Program in your area, which includes:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates for open roles
- Onboarding new team members following company procedures
- Providing clear direction and support to PEP Squad members
- Managing budget allocations for team members
- Coordinating schedules for Store Visits and Activations
- Monitoring performance and motivating team members to achieve success.
- Support Distributor and Retail initiatives, product launches, and recap field activities to share successes with the company and partners.
- Assist in the management of company storage units, ensuring they are organized and prepared for product orders and shipments.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
