Position Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for Residential Mortgage Officers and Branch Supervisors across the nation. The individual in this role will be tasked with conducting daily sales outreach, originating, processing, and finalizing residential mortgage loans. For those in the Branch Supervisor position, responsibilities will also include leading a team of mortgage professionals and overseeing branch operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficient in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending.
  • Demonstrated experience in the mortgage sector and sales.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to lead a team and manage branch activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of NMLS License and relevant State Licenses for originating.
  • Familiarity with Encompass-type software.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Loan Officer or Branch Supervisor.
